Product installation
- Inspection before drilling rig operation:
(1) Check the connection condition of the air and water pipes in detail to see if there is any falling off, air leakage or water leakage.
(2) Check the tightness of the motor connecting screws, whether the joints are loose, whether the electrical circuits are damaged, and whether the grounding of the electrical equipment is intact.
(3) Check whether the slider is clean and add lubricant.
(4) Check whether the amount of oil in the oil injector is sufficient. If it is insufficient, add more oil.
(5) Check whether there are any obstacles in the rotating part. If there are any obstacles, they should be removed immediately.
(6) Check the tightness of the connecting screws of each part, and tighten them immediately if they are loose.
- Drilling rig rock drilling operation procedures:
(1) Start the motor, and after the operation is normal, pull the push handle of the operator to obtain appropriate propulsion force.
(2) Pull the handle of the manipulator to control the impactor to the working position. When rock drilling starts, open the water gate to mix air and water for normal rock drilling operations.
(3) When the propeller pushes the rod unloader until it collides with the drill holder, the motor stops after drilling a drill rod.
